We’re going above and beyond to support your health and safety with our enhanced clean program. Our expanded housekeeping measures meets or exceeds CDC, Health Canada and local authorities “Safe Travels” protocols for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting and also aligns with guidelines from the hospitality industry experts. Our enhanced cleaning protocols include a seal showing that a room has not been accessed since cleaning, extra cleaning of high touch areas, increased frequency of cleaning of public areas, and the provision of disinfecting wipes at entrances and high traffic areas.

We’re offering simple, flexible change and cancellation policies so you can book your trip with confidence and peace of mind.
For any new reservations, we offer free cancellation, free changes for 24 hours, as long as you change or cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date.
30 or more days before your check-in
You can cancel or change your reservation and receive 100% refund for your entire trip cost.
14 or more days before your check-in
You can change or cancel your reservation and receive 50% refund/credit for a future stay at any of our properties with a check-in date upto 24 months after the credit is issued.
7 or more days before your check-in
You can change or cancel your reservation and receive 25% refund/credit for a future stay at any of our properties with a check-in date upto 24 months after the credit is issued.
